All regular priced items will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type. All tags must be attached when returned. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note all shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Are you worried about shipping fees? Don't worry Diva Bosses we got you covered!FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGE OF $7.95 ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERSPlease allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 2-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please note International shipping rates may vary depending on package weight and can take between 7-10 business to receive.Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
